How do I get an appointment?

Please note:

You can book appointments in advance.

You do not have to call on the day to book a routine appointment.

Please ask at reception for the first available appointment.

Alternatively please ask for a telephone call.

Please do not ring off frustrated!

We will offer you something appropriate for your needs.

Please do read more in the appointments section of this website.

Please do make a note of who you are speaking to when you ring the practice (the receptionist will say her name when answering the telephone) and if you have any comments please contact the Assistant Practice Manager, Gill Hulf.

Online, Repeat Medications Update

In response to a patient request our website developers have increased the number of possible, regular repeat medications, (for use when ordering repeat medication online) from 20 to 30 items.  We trust you find this useful.  June 2010

Telephone System; July 12 2010

The practice would like to apologise to all of our patients for the disruption to our telephones on Monday 12 July.

We had a massive system failure resulting in the need to replace a key piece of equipment.

An engineer was contacted as soon as the fault was discovered and arrived at the practice with the replacement part during the morning.

We were operational again by 12 noon however we did still experience some continuing problems and some patients were cut off during telephone calls for which we do apologise.

Thank you all for your patience during this trying time.

Staff Changes

Unfortunately Dr Sharon Rocque will be leaving the practice on 13 August 2010.  While we will be sorry to see her go she has been offered a wonderful opportunity at Newport Pagnell Medical Centre and we wish her all the very best.

The practice is currently recruiting for a new GP to join us and we will keep you updated of our progress.  July 2010
