FOSSHC – Friends of Stony Stratford Health Centre was established to raise money to buy extra medical and other equipment for the benefit of the patients of the Health Centre.
On the first Wednesday of each month volunteers run a small Bring & Buy coffee morning downstairs from 9:00am to 11:30am. Since its foundation, 19 years ago, over £110,000 has been raised to purchased items requested by the medical staff of both practices. These include blood pressure monitors, ECG machines and a defibrillator to name but a few.

If you could help in some way we would be very grateful
FOSSHC is looking for new volunteers to help set up the tables for the coffee mornings. Or you may be able to help on a stall (knitwear, cakes, Bric-a-Brac, Raffle and Refreshments).
Gifts of cakes, books, bric-a-brac or raffle prizes are also gratefully received.
Donations may be made in cash or be cheque (made out to Friends of Stony Stratford Health Centre).
If you could help then please come along and tell us, give your contact details to a receptionist or contact Margaret or Brian Stephenson by email on bmstephenson@talktalk.net.
The officers of FOSSHC are Peter Keens, Larry Francis, Margaret Barker, Margaret Stephenson and Brian Stephenson.
