Practice Management

Our Business Manager, Mrs Judith Williams, is responsible the practice finances, business development, planning and governance.

 

Gill Hulf

HulfG.jpgGill Hulf our Patient Services Manager, is responsible for all staffing matters, the day to day running of the building and is the first point of contact for complaints and compliments.

Administration

Ruth Lewis

Ruth manages the Dermatology and Gynaecology Clinics that we run here. Recieving referrals and managing the appointments. Ruth also provides our clinical reporting and makes sure you all get invites for your regular check-ups.

Mrs Wendy Hart (f)

Wendy ensures that our patient records are kept up to date by scanning and adding all correspondence received by the practice from outside agencies.

Lynne Brown (f)

Lynne is a practice secretary and ensures all the referral letters reach their required destination in a timely fashion.  Lynne also keeps a very close eye on our most urgent referrals to ensure patients receive their appointments correctly.

 

Jacqui Wallace (f)

Jacqui, practice secretary, ensures all the referral letters reach their required destination in a timely fashion.  Jacqui also keeps a very close eye on our most urgent referrals to ensure patients receive their appointments correctly.

Liz Hooper (f)

Liz joined our team in May and is a practice secretary and ensures all the referral letters reach their required destination in a timely fashion.  Liz also keeps a very close eye on our most urgent referrals to ensure patients receive their appointments correctly.

Reception

The first members of the team you will come into contact with. They are here to welcome and help you by providing information and arranging appointments, a role which can occasionally be very difficult. All information is treated in the strictest confidence.
